And YES - there is a FREE Wrexham Lager at the finish.
This was a really great walk last year and very much enjoyed by all however - DO NOT take on this walk lightly, it is hard!
We meet at the Cottage Tea Room & Bistro in Castle Street where you can enjoy a tea, coffee and snacks before the off.
On the walk there is a café at the halfway point however, we strongly recommend you bring enough food and drink for this full day out.
Sign-in at 8.00am our 8.30am Coach will transport us north to the Clwydian Range where we start our challenge walk.
Before the walk starts there will be time for a quick FREE tea / coffee at the famous Moel Famau Shepherds Hut.
We start with a climb onto the ridge and follow it for the next two hours then crossing fields with lambs, sheep and cattle.
We'll take a halfway break at Llandegla Community Café where there is tea/coffee available.
Next we enter Llandegla Forest then cross the wild and historic Llandegla Black Grouse moorland wilderness.
Next, World's End - final leg follows the scree path along the world renowned and dramatic Eglwiseg limestone escarpment.
If the weather is kind we will enjoy far reaching views across the Vale of Clwyd to Snowdonia and later across Llandegla moors and World's End.
We aim to finish back in Llangollen between 5.30 and 6.00pm. And collect your FREE WREXHAM LAGER (we know this is all you'll come for anyway) and certificate of achievement
