at the Court Yard Café off Castle Street where you can enjoy a tea, coffee and snacks before the off.
Start at 10.00am:
Our moderate 8 mile walk takes us along the Dee Valley using part of the Community Miles Paths and the Offa's Dyke Path through Trevor Woods.
There are a few climbs on the outward route to Trevor Canal Basin where you can visit the world famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct built by Thomas Telford - 1,007ft long and 127ft high above the fast flowing River Dee.
You can also visit the Information Centre and Trevor Canal Basin where there is tea / coffee and toilets available.
